Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, which are delivered instantly via download, we do not accept returns or refunds after the download has been completed.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, by agreeing to download digital products before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal as provided by Directive 2011/83/EU.

When You Can Request a Refund

You can request a refund only in the following cases:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong product compared to what was ordered
  • The product has significant technical errors that prevent its intended use
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same order

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5 business days and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The actual crediting time depends on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Products

The following are not refundable:

  • Products already successfully downloaded (except in the cases indicated above)
  • Products purchased with discount codes or on promotion (except for technical defects)
