Find answers to the most common questions about my Revit families
🔧 Which versions of Revit are the families compatible with? The families are compatible with Autodesk Revit 2020 and later versions, in both Metric and Imperial format.
📦 What does the download include? After order confirmation you'll receive an email with the download link for:
- A
.rfafile in Metric (cm) and Imperial (feet/inches) format - A showroom
.rvtfile with preset views to test the families - Commercial license included
Exception: Detail Item packs include only the Metric (mm) format, as the Imperial format does not apply to this category.
📥 How does the download work after purchase? Every order is manually reviewed before fulfillment to ensure transaction security. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to download your files. Delivery times are generally within 24 business hours from purchase, but may vary depending on the time of the order.
Please note that the amount will be definitively charged only upon order confirmation, not immediately at checkout.
🔄 Are products updated after purchase? Yes. I update published families over time — fixes, improvements, new parameters. Anyone who has already purchased a pack receives updates at no extra cost, via the original download link.
✏️ Can I edit the families? Yes. Parametric families are fully editable. You can modify dimensions, materials, finishes and openings via instance parameters, without entering the family editor.
💼 Can I use the files in projects for my clients? Yes. The included commercial license allows you to use and modify the files in any professional project, without restrictions. The only thing not permitted: reselling or redistributing the original files to third parties.
🛠️ Can I request a custom family? Yes. If you need a specific family that you can't find in the catalog, you can commission it. Visit the dedicated page and describe your idea — I'll get back to you with an assessment.
🔧 I found an error in a family — how do I report it? Send me the details via the contact form, including:
- Product name
- Revit version used
- Description of the error
I fix every report as quickly as possible and send you the updated version.
↩️ Is a refund available? Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter a technical issue with a file, report it via the contact form — I'll fix it and send you the corrected version.
👤 Do I need an account to purchase? No. You can complete your purchase as a guest, without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you access your order history and download links at any time.
